HOTEL DEVELOPMENT
Hotel development is rapidly becoming a primary product of The Gordon Companies. Currently under development we are working on several other hotel developments within Massachusetts and New York State.

Continuously searching for prime areas for hotel construction, the Gordon Companies has successfully produced two, quality hotels: a 96-room hotel in beautiful Lake Placid, NY and an 80-room Hampton Inn, located in Hannaford Square in downtown Bennington, VT.
