Birch Haven Estates is currently under construction with the first units slated to become available in the winter of 2008.  These beautiful twin homes will offer 27 units surrounded by a beautiful landscape and quiet neighborhoods.  Homes range from 1,850 sq.ft. to 2,300 sq.ft. with basement.
