one million square feet of retail space in New York, Vermont,
Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio with its retail
management division, The Gordon Companies continues to expand its other
divisions. The Gordon Companies hospitality division has developed and
owns hotels in New York, Vermont, and is developing in
Massachusetts. With its residential division, the company is under way
with over one hundred condominium units, owns approximately one hundred
apartment units and has two hundred more apartment units in the approval
process. Also, under development are several hundred condominiums and
single-family subdivisions. The Gordon Companies are also in the
development stage of several retail projects in New York and New Jersey
and has developed and built Store Away, a self-storage facility in New
York.
