The Gordon Companies is a family owned
business operated by Jeffrey and David Gordon, second generation of the
Gordon Development Company. Established
in 2001 by David and Jeffrey after a combined 30 years of industry
experience The Gordon Companies is quickly making its mark on the
development community in the eastern United States.
The Gordon Companies is comprised of
several specialized divisions, from retail to residential to hotel
development. With the expertise to provide services ranging from
ground-up development and construction to renovation, leasing and
management The Gordon Companies is as diverse as today’s industry.
In addition to managing approximately
one million square feet of retail space in New York, Vermont,
Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio with its retail
management division, The Gordon Companies continues to expand its other
divisions. The Gordon Companies hospitality division has developed and
owns hotels in New York, Vermont, and is developing in
Massachusetts. With its residential division, the company has
completed over one hundred condominium units, owns approximately one hundred
apartment units and has two hundred units in the approval
process. Also, under development are several hundred condominiums and
single-family subdivisions. The Gordon Companies are also in the
development stage of several retail projects in New York and New Jersey
and has developed and built Store Away, a self-storage facility in New
York.
