The Gordon Companies Retail division develops retail shopping centers.  Providing close to home retail stores is the top priority of this division.

Gordon Companies Retail division has recently bought and renovated a 43, 000 sq. ft. retail outlet center in scenic lake george, NY, bringing in great tenants such as Brooks Brothers, Orvis, Carters, and more.  Also developed 2 free-standing bank properties in New Jersey.  We also have several retail developments in the pipeline in the Northeast.
 

The Gordon Companies is comprised of several specialized divisions, from retail to residential to hotel development. With the expertise to provide services ranging from ground-up development and construction to renovation, leasing and management.  The Gordon Companies is as diverse as today’s industry.
